Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans la fabrication de produits en caoutchouc recherche un Marketing Supervisor basé à Jakarta. Ce poste implique de gérer les distributeurs, de développer des stratégies de marketing et d'atteindre des objectifs de vente. Le candidat idéal aura minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie automobile et devra faire preuve d'un bon esprit analytique et de compétences en présentation.

Qualifications

• Âge maximum 35 ans.
• 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie automobile, de préférence avec 2W ou 4W.
• Actif, orienté vers les résultats et prêt à voyager.

Responsibilities

• Atteindre les cibles de vente et gérer les distributeurs.
• Gérer toutes les activités de marketing et de promotion.
• Créer des rapports mensuels.

Job description

Responsible for achieving sales targets.

Responsible for budgeting promotions.

Manage, foster, and evaluate distributors and their entire network.

Foster the distributor sales team to achieve sales targets.

Carry out all marketing activities, including planning and implementing promotional and branding activities.

Create a monthly report.

Report directly to superiors.

Qualifications:

Maximum age 35 years old.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 3 years of working experience in the Automotive industry is required. Experience with 2W or 4W (tires, spare parts, forklifts, heavy equipment, oil, lubricants, etc.) is preferable.

Required skills: Presentation skills, good analytical thinking, marketing, promotion, branding.

Active, daring to be challenged, target-oriented.

Willing to travel across Indonesia for business trips.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara.

Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
