Job description

Leads the strategic direction and execution of Evermos Community initiatives to drive business and marketing goals. Responsible for growing and engaging the community through impactful programs, managing key partnerships, and guiding the Reseller Coordinator team to achieve performance targets. Also accountable for evaluating community activities based on GMV and Contribution Margin metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage the Evermos Community
  • Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives
  • Lead the development of the Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits
  • Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities, and institutions
  • Lead the Evermos Reseller Coordinator to achieve its goal and target
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity based on GMV & Contribution Margin in the area

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Focus on the target
  • Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Required to travel and work outside
