Job description

Manage the financial reporting and analysis for the Central Region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making and drive business growth

Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and global finance policies

Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce

Requirements

Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and analysis

Substantial experience in a financial management role, preferably within a large, multi-national organisation

Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial information and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulations in the Central Region

Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
