Job description

Reports to Group FC, manages the company's finances, administration, and risk in Indonesia.

Helps to create financial and business strategies and ensures systems are in place to protect the company's assets.

Description

Assist in preparing business plans, managing capital requests, and overseeing budgeting processes.

Oversee accounting and reporting under IFRS, ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations, support audits, and ensure compliance with local and HQ standards.

Supervise treasury functions, maintain cash flow integrity, prepare forecasts, and manage funding and banking relationships.

Support executive decisions, manage third-party finance functions, oversee transaction systems, and promote operational best practices.

Drive risk mitigation, enforce internal controls, support audits, and follow up on identified issues.

Oversee tax filings, provisions, transfer pricing, dispute resolutions, and compliance with new regulations.

Report financially to local and group management, and maintain strong relationships with auditors and the internal team.

Profile

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, with CPA or CMA qualification.

Proven leadership experience as FC or equivalent.

Over 15 years of experience.

Preferably with a background in palm oil or plantation industries.

Able to communicate in Mandarin (liaise with China office).

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Placement in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Job Offer

Reporting to Group CFO.
