Job summary

Indodana is seeking a regional Area/Field Marketing professional to drive asset performance, cost efficiency, and local trust across four core areas: OOH management, media & PR, vendor management, and in-store placement. This role is based in Surabaya and focuses on local market execution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years in area/field marketing, trade marketing, PR, or media agencies, with experience in financial services/fintech or FMCG preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Area/Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR/Media Relations, or Media Agency roles.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as Financial Services/Fintech, FMCG, or Telecommunications is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• OOH Management: map high-traffic sites with local vendors, localize creatives, and audit to remove non performing ghost sites.
• Media & PR: build regional journalist networks, distribute localized PR to boost organic SEO, and lead face-to-face media visits to build brand credibility.
• Vendor Management: source, negotiate, and manage printing and event vendors for optimal pricing and quality.
• POP & In-Store Placement: secure premier in-store asset placements with local merchants, maintain stock levels, and track renewals.
