Ruangguru is seeking a Master Teacher Coach to mentor freelance/part-time teachers, conduct observations, and support professional development within the English Academy. The role emphasizes constructive feedback, onboarding support, and collaborative efforts to maintain high teaching standards.

The position requires at least 2 years of teaching or coaching experience, strong communication, and the ability to work from the Jakarta HQ.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field.
• 2+ years in teaching or teacher coaching.
• Strong observational and feedback skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work from the Jakarta HQ.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching and mentoring teachers to grow professionally.
• Perform regular observations and provide feedback aligned with performance cycles.
• Conduct performance reviews with teachers.
• Support teacher engagement and motivation toward institutional goals.
• Assist onboarding of new local mitra and ensure smooth integration.
• Help manage class coverage and staffing as needed.
• Collaborate with content ops, bizops, and other teams on admin tasks.
