Job Description:

Require an enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  1. Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in the respective region in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
  2. Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
  3. Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for company products/services.
  4. Work with company Solution Architects to fine-tune and present solutions to customers.
  5. Ensure time-bound revenue book and collection of receivables.
  6. Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.

Skills & Experience

An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:

  1. Align with customers and company to create a joint vision of the future.
  2. Empathize with customers.
  3. Be consistent and detail-oriented.
  4. Hold a University Degree with at least 10 to 15 years of sales/consulting experience.
  5. Have enterprise software sales experience.
  6. Demonstrate creativity in solving complex problems.
  7. Be an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment.

Work Setup:

  1. Work shift: Dayshift
  2. Setup: Hybrid - Depending on clients' requirements, must be willing to do client visits.
  3. Location: Must be from Jakarta.
