Key Responsibilities



Government Affairs

  • Develop and implement public affairs strategies to engage government stakeholders and regulatory bodies across the SEA region.
  • Monitor policy and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations and advocate for favorable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, trade associations, and industry bodies.
  • Provide leadership with strategic insights on regulatory risks, opportunities, and policy direction.


External Communications
  • Drive public relations and media engagement strategies to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Serve as media liaison or spokesperson when appropriate; manage media inquiries and executive visibility.
  • Lead the creation of messaging, thought leadership, and public content in line with brand positioning.
  • Ensure alignment of regional communications with global brand and external engagement strategies.


Internal Communications
  • Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster alignment across regional teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational updates, change management, and executive communications.
  • Deliver clear and consistent internal messaging across SEA offices.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Communications, or Public Policy.
  • Proven success in managing regional responsibilities, particularly across Southeast Asian markets.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Consumer Goods are additional advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in lean, fast-paced environments with high levels of autonomy and initiative.
