Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Surabaya seeks a Branch Operations and Growth Leader to coordinate and manage regional branches, ensuring smooth operations and strong academic processes.

You will drive events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost student engagement and enrollment, while applying PnL insights to optimize revenue and deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Leadership in Sales/Marketing/Business Ops; edtech/startup experience helpful
• People management with team leadership
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
• Experience as a Math/English teacher is desirable
