About Our Client

Job Description

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability goals for all branches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.


Operational Management:
  • Ensure all branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards (e.g., warehousing, inventory management, delivery protocols).
  • Monitor and optimize branch operational efficiency, including inventory turns, delivery times, and cost control.
  • Oversee the effective management of branch assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.


Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales performance across all branches by setting clear targets, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support branch managers in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients (retailers, HoReCa, B2B customers).
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the region.
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional activities and sales initiatives.


Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and their teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development needs.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company HR policies.


Financial Management:
  • Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability of all branches.
  • Analyze financial reports, sales data, and KPIs to make informed business decisions.
  • Oversee timely and accurate reporting from branches to head office.


Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches by promoting excellent service standards.
  • Address and resolve complex customer issues escalated from branches.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product offerings and service improvements.


Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all branch operations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and food safety protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to operations, inventory, and personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations or sales management, with at least 3-5 years in a multi-unit or regional management role, preferably within the FMCG and food distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Knowledge of imported food product categories and market trends in Indonesia is highly desirable.
