Job description

PT Dua Kelinci is seeking a seasoned and strategic Regional Brand Manager – Export Markets (SEA) to lead brand efforts across six dynamic Southeast Asian markets: Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Brunei. Based in our Jakarta Head Office, this role will be pivotal in ensuring cohesive branding, impactful regional campaigns, and alignment with our global brand strategy.

The Regional Brand Manager will act as the key liaison between the head office and local brand managers, guiding execution while respecting local market dynamics. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about growing brands with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all brand strategy and execution across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Brunei.

Act as the primary brand contact at HQ for the SEA export markets.

Ensure alignment of local brand activities with global strategies and guidelines.

Develop and coordinate regional campaigns, product messaging, and launch initiatives tailored to each market.

Analyze brand performance and gather consumer insights across the region.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Export teams to ensure brand cohesion.

Coach and support local Brand Managers to build local capability and deliver results.

Define KPIs, manage the regional brand budget, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Represent the SEA brand agenda in both internal strategy sessions and external trade discussions.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in brand management, with a strong preference for FMCG or food & beverage industry.

Proven track record in managing multi-country marketing initiatives or leading regional brand teams.

Deep understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behavior and cultural nuances.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Willing to travel within the region as required.
