An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Agency Business Development professional to drive sales and enhance team performance. In this role, you will support the agency in achieving its sales targets through innovative recruitment and training initiatives. You will have the opportunity to develop core agents and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Position Responsibilities:
• Support the agency to achieve sales targets every year.
• Achieve Sales Target (Sales Activities Penetration , Agency Activation)
• Increase Manpower through Creative Recruitment Activities (BOS, NEXT etc)
• Development Team Agency ( Evaluation , Training , Promotion Class )
• Develop Core Agents ( Increase SFP , MDRT )
• Drive Agency Initiatives
• Maintain and Develop Quality business (Reinstate , Legal and Compliance)
• Personal Development (Mastery Agency Compensation, Career, Reward and Product
• Measuring and Reporting
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor-Degree
• Minimum of 5 years as Agency Business Development
• Good communication skills, positive thinking and able to solve agency problems, able to motivate, conduct training and make presentation materials properly and correctly
• Have an experience in leading a team
• English proficiency
• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
