Qualifications

Job Scope:

  • Responsible to lead and manage Agency sales discipline activities to achieve the KPIs (APE, Active Agent, Recruitment (FLC), Sharia APE, Average Case Size & quality business).
  • Responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for highest productivity and professionalism and provide excellent agency support for every agency offices by managing flow of information and ensuring that the system and procedures are in compliance with company policies & regulations.
  • Responsible for arrangement, execution, completion, and delivery of special projects / initiatives from company.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Agency Development Specialist (ADS).
  • Arrange, execute, and deliver results of special projects / initiatives from company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, any discipline
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in life insurance industry, including at least 3 years in a senior agency role such as Regional Business Development Manager, Regional Recruitment/Training Manager, or a similar position.
  • Familiar with Agency Systems and procedures
  • Excellent in agency management skills
  • Strong in communication, leadership, and decision making skills
  • Target oriented and sales driven
  • Business Proficiency in English both writing and verbal
