Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record in the FMCG sector?

We're seeking a results-oriented Regional Account Manager to expand our distribution network and drive sales growth across Sumatera.

You will...

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  2. Expand Distribution Network: Identify and acquire new distributors, while also growing sales with existing customers.
  3. Manage Key Accounts: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  4. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement channel sales strategies, building a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and service execution.
  6. Monitor Market & Competition: Track competitor activities, develop market intelligence, and proactively provide feedback to management. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to formulate effective responses.
  7. Report & Analyze Performance: Prepare regular sales reports and participate in performance review meetings.

You have...

  1. 5-7 years of experience as a Modern Trade Key Account Manager or Regional Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry (experience with Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty products is a plus).
  2. Fluency in written and spoken English.
  3. Existing relationships with modern trade independent accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets, health & beauty stores).
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement channel sales strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated mindset.
  7. Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia as needed.
