Job description

As a Region Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational strategy and ensuring effective execution across the region. This role involves advanced analysis and structured problem solving to achieve supply-related OKRs, managing systems and tools for reliable operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and cities to enhance operational systems. You will also lead complex projects, both from HQ directives and area/cities initiatives, while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and service reliability throughout the region.

  • Advance analysis & structured problem solving to achieve supply related OKR.
  • Manage systems & tools to ensure reliable operations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and cities to develop operations system.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute top down and bottom up project.
  • Ensure safety, quality, productivity, compliance and reliability of supply services.
  • Lead Region Associates and monitor the projects deliverable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably from Operation Function of Tech & multinational company.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills to create creative solutions toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly.
  • Proficient in Analytical tools (eg: excel/Google Sheets, Maxcompute, Quick BI, Bigquery/SQL, Metabase).
  • Solid experience in project management and managing stakeholders ensure speed & quality of project/initiative.
  • Has experience in managing team is a plus.
  • Proficient in spoken and written in English.

Region Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, reliable, and scalable operations across all cities in the Region Emerging Market. We design and implement strategies to optimize supply performance, improve productivity, and uphold service quality and safety. This team will closely in collaboration with all Area Operations team and HQ team. By managing operational systems, tools, and cross-functional initiatives, we bridge the gap between HQ strategy and local execution. The team tackles complex, high-impact challenges—ranging from solving supply-demand imbalances to launching new initiatives—making this an exciting environment for those who thrive on problem-solving, innovation, and driving tangible results that power the company’s growth at scale.
