Job description

The role involves leading expansion initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and scaling operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become the Project Manager ("PM") of the Regional Expansion Project
  • Lead the go-to-market team to further increase active resellers & transactions Outside Java Region, while monitoring and controlling the operational cost to ensure profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate potential expansion cities & locations in several provinces in Sumatra & Sulawesi.
  • Lead the end-to-end pilot phase of supply chain interventions in selected expansion locations.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems to further scale up the initiatives, especially in the post-pilot phase.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor or advanced graduate degree; majoring in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 4-5 years of work experience as a city launcher, channel development, go-to-market leader, or other similar roles.
  • Strong background in scaling business with a proven track record in leading and managing teams, ideally from fast-paced startups.
  • Experience in affiliate, reseller, or dropshipper models is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong financial acumen would be an advantage.
  • Able to work from office ("WFO") based in Jakarta (e.g., 20-60% of weekly hours) and travel to Expansion locations (e.g., 40-80% of weekly hours)
