Job description

Refrigerated Container Assistant Section Manager

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from a reputable institution, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering (with a strong focus on Diesel engines), Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration Engineering.

Work Experience: 1-6 years of practical experience in a relevant technical role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or shipping environment dealing with reefer containers or similar refrigeration systems.

Strong foundational knowledge and practical understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

Solid understanding of diesel engine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in electrical systems, including circuit analysis, motor control, and sensor operation.

In-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycles, components (compressors, condensers, evaporators), and refrigerants.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
