Job Description:
  • Working together with the Partnership Team to develop and improve the system for referral partner program
  • Execute the daily operations of lead acquisition via referral partner program (including cross departments & partners coordination)
  • Foster partner community and maintain a good working relationship with partners (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary)
  • Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (all majors are welcome)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in community or partnership management
  • Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
  • Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments
  • Ability to build relationships & collaborate with others
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to work in Jakarta
