Ajaib Group in Indonesia is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer/Lead to spearhead adversarial simulations, pentesting, and vulnerability research. You will map activity to MITRE ATT&CK and the Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain, reporting to the Head of Security.

You will lead red team campaigns, collaborate with the blue team for purple exercises, and translate findings into actionable remediation. Proficiency with Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Formación

• 8+ years in offensive security or pen-testing.
• 2+ years leading red team or offensive security function.
• Mastery of MITRE ATT&CK matrix (Enterprise, Cloud, Mobile).
• Experience with cloud-native security across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficient with offensive tools like Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Metasploit.
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash.
• Advanced offensive security certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead offensive security program strategy, scope, and execution roadmap.
• Design and execute multi-stage red team operations emulating real-world threat actors.
• Map techniques to MITRE ATT&CK across Enterprise, Cloud, and Mobile.
• Collaborate with blue team for purple team exercises and improve detections.
• Exploit vulnerabilities and translate findings into remediation reports.
• Develop and operate proprietary offensive security tools and C2 frameworks.
• Communicate complex attack vectors and business impact to stakeholders.
