Job summary

Protergo, a leading Indonesian cyber-security company based in Jakarta, is seeking a hands-on security engineer to deploy firewall and endpoint security at customer sites. You will harden firewall devices and endpoints, and troubleshoot complex network security issues to maintain robust defenses.

The role requires 2+ years in cyber security or IT security, with experience in FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Sophos. A bachelor’s degree in CS and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience handling firewall devices such as FortiGate, Palo Alto and Sophos.
• Experience in Cyber Security or IT Security min. 2 years.
• Knowledge in Network and Security troubleshooting.
• Certifications related to Network, Network security and Cyber Security (e.g. CCNA, MTCNA, NSE).
