Recruitment:
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization.

  • Supervise and support junior recruiters or HR staff involved in hiring.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

2. Talent Management:
  • Support and enhance performance management processes and employee evaluations.

  • Identify and help develop high-potential employees for key roles.

  • Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and internal mobility efforts.

  • Recommend and coordinate employee development and training initiatives.
