Job description

This role ensures that clients receive qualified candidates efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist brings hands-on experience with psychometric tools to provide deeper candidate assessments and collaborates closely with both clients and internal HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels for IBMC clients.
  • Psychometric & Assessment Tools: Utilize tools such as PAPI Kostick, EQ, AQ, and IQ tests to support hiring decisions.
  • Candidate & Client Communication: Conduct initial interviews, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth coordination with hiring managers and clients.
  • Recruitment Operations: Prepare job postings, manage pipelines, and track candidate progress using ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct salary and role analysis to ensure competitive positioning for IBMC clients.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly updates and recruitment metrics directly to the CPO.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency, outsourcing, or in-house).
  • Hands-on knowledge of psychological and psychometric tools (PAPI, EQ, AQ, IQ preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work arrangements in Jakarta.
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, ATS such as Workable, job portals).
