A Human Resources & Recruitment firm in Jakarta is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the Chemical and FMCG sectors. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, with a focus on building relationships with stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in both mass recruitment and strategic hiring.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, assessment, to onboarding.
Develop recruitment channel strategies (job portals, job fairs, partnerships with universities/vocational schools).
Proficient in using various candidate sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet)
Handle recruitment for strategic and project-based positions (operators, staff, and strategic positions)
Prepare and manage Manpower Planning aligned with business needs, market expansion, and turnover analysis.
Acquire and maintain candidate resources through various channels (databases, social media platforms, industry resources, personal networks, etc.).
Regularly research industry information, build a talent pool, and enhance professional expertise.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the Chemical and FMCG, accustomed to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Experienced in both mass recruitment and strategic-level hiring.
Previous experience as a headhunter or in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Target-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
