  • 负责招聘全流程,包括需求沟通、渠道筛选、面试安排与录用; Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
  • 维护招聘渠道和人才库,确保招聘及时性和质量; Maintain recruitment channels and talent pool to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • 提供招聘进度及数据分析,支持用人决策。
  • Provide recruitment reports and data analysis to support hiring decisions.
任职要求 / Requirements
  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限; Bachelor’s degree or above, any major acceptable.
  • 2年以上招聘经验,熟悉印尼招聘市场; At least 2 years of recruitment experience, familiar with Indonesian market.
  • 中文HSK4以上,能中英文三语工作; HSK4+ Mandarin, fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • 沟通协调能力强,责任心强。
  • Strong communication and sense of responsibility.
