Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Must have a solid 2 years working experience in recruiting for all levels in Palm Oil Industries.
Strong Experience hiring for Manager and Up Level.
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and best practices.
Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.
Understanding of various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidate skills and abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Well organized, mature with strong analytical thinking.
Having a wide network in the Palm Oil Industry.
Willing to travel to Palm Oil sites.
Office at Cikini, Central Jakarta.
