Job description

Min Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management).

At least 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment in Manufacture Company.

Familiar with psychological testing tools or having knowledge about assessment psychology.

Proficient in interview using BEI method.

Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Ability to negotiate and communicate assertively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill all open positions (from entry-level to managerial positions).

Screen resume and assess candidates according qualifications.

Manage and maintain job portals such as Jobstreet, Kita Lulus, Glints, and LinkedIn, etc.

Design job qualifications and advertise job openings.

Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule interview with candidates.

Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.

Build employer branding and positive relationships with employees.

Support other HR tasks as needed.
