Job Description:

1. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
2. Meet with the management team and the project manager regarding headcount fulfillment.
3. Optimize recruitment channels and methodologies for efficiency and quality.
4. Lead and mentor recruitment team members.
5. Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain cross-business communication.

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related major.
2. Proven 2-5 years of experience as a senior or supervisor in the BPO Industry.
3. Proven skills and abilities in data analysis.
