About the Role

Support and deliver recruitment and selection activities to ensure the most qualified sales personnel and the fulfillment of every branch across all distribution channels to achieve business goals.

  • Actively collaborate with Channel Sales to promote referrals from branches, check applications daily, and conduct pre-screening activities using standard processes.
  • Execute AIA sourcing and recruitment methodologies, applying various selection methods including competency-based interviews, psychometric testing, and simulations.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities according to AIA guidelines and as directed by the Head of Recruitment.
  • Follow the offering process as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Treat all applications and candidates with respect, ensuring a positive impression of AIA.
  • Assist with the implementation of the new ATS system in line with guidelines.
  • Maintain Candidate Tracking reports with accurate and complete information.
  • Represent the Recruitment team professionally when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and address concerns with managers regarding external vendors.
  • Communicate updates and changes in the hiring process to Channel Sales, encouraging referrals.
  • Comply with legal and ethical practices related to Indonesian employment law, embodying AIA's philosophy and principles in all dealings.
