Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement

Involved in 360 full cycle recruitment

Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies

Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients

Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry

In depth understanding of recruitment Indonesia Market

Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships

Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets
