Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement.
2. Handle 360 full cycle recruitment processes.
3. Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
4. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
6. Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients.
7. Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leverage referrals to identify high-caliber talent.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Indonesian recruitment market.
• Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets.
