Job summary

A dynamic HR solution firm in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop headhunting strategies and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role is full-time at Landmark PLUIT, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in headhunting.
• Proven track record of filling challenging positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

We are currently looking for an excellent Recruitment Consultant with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective headhunting strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on headhunting.
• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions for clients.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Arrangement:

FULL WFO at Landmark PLUIT, Monday - Friday, start from 9am - 6pm
