Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider is seeking a Recruiter in Jakarta to manage candidate searches across job portals and social media. This role involves screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and maintaining HRIS records. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience as a Recruiter/Executive Search/Headhunting.
  • HRM/Psychology or similar background is a plus.

  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the process.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.

Required language: English, Mandarin will be plus

Proven work experience 1-2 years as a Recruiter/Executive Search/Headhunting specialized in consultant based/agency/outsourcing.

HRM/Psychology or the same industry background is a plus point.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (HRIS).

Stay in Jakarta area

Job Roles:

Searching candidates via Database (HRIS), Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on Requirements.

Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates.

Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.

Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility.

Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS.

Following up candidate while still ongoing process.

Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager acknowledged by Team Leader
