Job Description
- Business Development Focus: Be the architect of growth, identifying and generating new business opportunities. This means researching potential clients, initiating conversations, and introducing them to our recruitment solutions.
- Client Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers, uncover their talent needs, and position our services as the best solution for their business challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our client portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Your role isn't just about generating new business - it's about nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll build a deep understanding of each client's needs and business goals, ensuring we deliver the best talent solutions tailored to their objectives. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent account management and tailored solutions.
- Consultative Selling: By understanding your clients' business objectives, challenges, and growth ambitions, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping them find the right talent to help them succeed through market insight and strategic partnership.
- Strategic Growth and Market Expansion: Play a key role in identifying new opportunities and expanding our reach. Always look for new ways to grow our presence in both existing and untapped markets utilizing industry knowledge and external networks.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta, working with the Dream Team of Recruitment and meet these criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technical from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- At least 3 years working experience in a Sales/Business Development position.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Exposure in Procurement/Supply Chain/Manufacturing industries.
- Highly entrepreneurial with a strong ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
