Job description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Experience in talent acquisition, assessment, recruitment, and head hunting, preferably in the agribusiness sector is a plus point; Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Having leadership, man/team management, initiative, and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Having great recruitment & assessments skills not limited to sourcing, interviewing, administering psychological tools, developing psychological tools, etc.
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Willing to do business trips in all company business units
  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment process not limited to sourcing, screening, administering tests, scheduling, interviewing, reporting, completing data, onboarding
  • Partnering with User/Hiring Managers to maintain effective and efficient recruitment process
  • Create talent pipeline to enlarge company talent pool by using company branding or web career
  • Maintain recruitment tracking time by time so the data and timeline set on the tracker
  • Maintain relationships with Universities or academic institutions for possible campus hiring
  • Developing Psychological tools not limited to Define Aspects, Key Indicators, Methods, Questions, Scoring, etc.
  • Create Reports for every assessment tool that can describe personal profiling
  • Collaborate with Organization Development to ensure the job description and job requirements align with the position that would be posted
  • Collaborate with People Development for fulfilling vacant positions with internal mobility or external recruitment
