Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing & attraction on job portal, databases, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screenings applications and resumes to identify potential candidates that align with job requirements and company needs.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers for seamless communication.
- Communicate effectively with candidates through phone, email, and in-person (when necessary) for recruitment process.
- Ensure that candidates align not only with the job specifications but also with the company's culture, values, and working environment.
- Ensure the hiring timeline is in accordance with the specified time.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate statuses, and market trends to the hiring team.
- Maintain a continuous flow of candidates by proactively reaching out to passive talent and managing an ongoing pipeline for current and future roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Technology industry, or related fields.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using job portal, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to operate psychological testing tools according to job selection needs is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes at once.
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule effectively.
