Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Reconciliation & Proofing Intermediate Analyst to join Operations - Transaction Services. You will perform daily reconciliation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Thai with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Data analysis and reporting; VBA knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in Custody Operations, Asset Servicing, Reconciliation, Securities Operations, or Financial Services is preferred; programming/automation skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation and proofing activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of asset servicing and custody-related transactions.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies in a timely manner, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk reduction.
• Prepare management reports, MIS, and data analytics using advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, and data visualization tools.
• Support business initiatives, system enhancements, and operational change management projects.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Product, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and ensure successful implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Drive and initiate productivity improvement, automation, and digitalization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational control standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, vendors, and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
