Job description

Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.

Schedule and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.

Offer recommendations on treatments based on client preferences.

Process payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds if necessary.

Communicate effectively with spa therapists and staff regarding client schedules.

Handle minor customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Good in English.
  2. Previous experience in reception, customer service, or the spa/wellness industry is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
