- Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner and managing Visitor’s data
- Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receiving, sorting, informing employee on the incoming mail/package
- Update calendars and regular check on meeting room function
- Ad-hoc support to Office Management Team
Requirements
