RECEPTIONIST

Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer and forward incoming calls to relevant staff and departments.
2. Input documents into the database.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist or in Hospitality.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Good communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking, and possess good analytical thinking.
