Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Manage appointments, schedules and bookings for meetings or services
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining records
Provide information about the organization’s services and policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School / Vocational High School graduate or Diploma Degree in any major
Minimum 1 year of experience
Possess good communication skill in Bahasa and English
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills in interacting with various stakeholders
