Job description

Monitoring the receipt of goods (RR) in the support material and spare parts warehouse.

Creating stock cards, and allocating storage and placement of goods according to specifications in the designated storage areas.

Accurately recording and updating inventory data in our systems (Dynamic System).

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the support material and spare parts warehouse.

Preparing daily reports and informing all relevant departments.

Requirements:

• SMA/SMK or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar receiving or warehousing role, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree are welcome to apply.
• Ability to accurately process and record data.
• Proficient in using computers and data processing applications (such as Microsoft Excel).
• Organized, with strong attention to detail, and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
