Job Description

1. Monitoring live issue management and live chat seller
2. Handling delivery inquiries from sellers and buyers through email/call/social media
3. Team monitoring & ticket assigning
4. Handling report productivity agent

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with 1-2 years experience in a similar position
2. Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
3. A creative person, initiative, and a problem solver with strong analytical skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Spreadsheets
5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
6. Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
7. Willing to work with a shifting schedule
8. Placement is in Jogja for a 3-6 months contract based
