Job Summary:

Entrepreneur Resorts Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive real estate agent specializing in land acquisition in Bali. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include sourcing land, conducting due diligence, gathering relevant property information, and assisting us with transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Search & Acquisition: Identify and evaluate land opportunities that meet client needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on Bali’s real estate trends, zoning laws, and investment potential.
• Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct physical inspections, verify property boundaries, and assess feasibility.
• Due Diligence: Gather ownership documents, check land certificates (Hak Milik, Hak Pakai, Hak Guna Bangunan), and ensure legal compliance.
• Liaise with local authorities, notaries, and landowners to ensure legal compliance.
• Networking: Collaborate with local authorities, notaries, and landowners to streamline transactions.
• Build and maintain a network of landowners, investors, and real estate professionals.
• Provide market insights, price evaluations, and due diligence reports.
• Manage necessary paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate, particularly land acquisition in Bali.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and property regulations.
• Excellent communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and conduct field research.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Familiarity with mapping tools and real estate databases is a plus.
