Macquarie Group is seeking an Associate Business Analyst within the Real Assets Digital team to support the delivery of digital solutions that enhance how Investment Professionals manage the investment lifecycle.

You will gather and document business requirements, assist in analysing existing processes, and support the team in identifying opportunities to improve data flows and integration across our internal digital platforms.

• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyze existing processes and data flows

• Translate business needs into clear requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Contribute to documentation to keep knowledge base current
• Work with senior Business Analysts, product managers, and technology partners
• Provide hands-on exposure to stakeholders and platforms to build analytical and delivery skills
