Job summary

Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Reach Truck Operator to safely operate a reach truck and move products within our busy facility. You will load, unload, stack, and relocate goods according to established procedures while upholding strict safety standards.

Daily tasks include pre- and post-operation checks, inventory counting, maintaining a clean work area, and coordinating with warehouse supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid FG-2 forklift operator certification.
• Proven ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently, with a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as needed.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation checks of the reach truck, reporting any defects or malfunctions immediately.
• Ensure accurate and timely storage and retrieval of goods according to established procedures.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and recording stock movements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding operational issues or concerns.
• Support other warehouse activities as required, including general labor tasks when not operating the reach truck.
