PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (UNIT : WONOAYU) is hiring a Reach Truck Driver to safely load, unload and move FG-4 products within the warehouse. You will be responsible for accurate picking, put-away, and daily pre-operation checks.

The role requires a valid reach truck license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Training on company procedures and PPE usage will be provided.

Formación

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move materials, specifically FG-4 products, according to established procedures.
• Ensure accurate picking and put-away of inventory using a reach truck.
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks on the reach truck and report any defects or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational issues or concerns.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Reach Truck Driver, preferably with experience handling FG-4 materials.
• Valid reach truck operator license/certification.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.
