Job summary

CATL Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Technician/Foreman to oversee container receiving, unloading and FIFO control. You will monitor daily demand in SAP, manage container yard movements, and coordinate with forwarders to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

Proficiency in Reach Stacker operations and a valid license are required. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehousing or automotive logistics, with strong Excel/Office skills and experience in container management.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Automotive industry such as vehicle manufacturers, battery manufacturers, OEMs and other experience is preferred.
• Understand Warehouse Operations (Receiving, Storage and Supply).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Expert with Logistic Equipment (Reach Stacker).
• Has a SIO or license for Reach Stacker (Kelas 1).
• Minimum 2 years as Technician/Foreman.
• Working experience with Warehousing, Container Yard Management in Automotive industry or Chemical.

Responsibilities

• Controlling for Container Receiving, Unloading, and ensure compliance with WI.
• Monitoring Daily Demand & production schedule in SAP.
• Container inbound/outbound status and coordinate with Container forwarder.
• Make a list of returnable containers / check arrivals and departures times, reload containers.
• Set up priority of returnable containers and control volume of fresh/old containers.
• Control FIFO material.
• Controlling material inventory status (IN & OUT Material).
• Controlling material inventory stock (based on System and Actual).
• Make decisions for problems and coordinate with Shift Leader.
• Make daily operations reports.
