We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ratings & Reviews Manager for our NUSA operations. The successful candidate will manage the Ratings & Reviews process, ensuring alignment between retailer sites and brand sites. This role involves collaborating with local teams, brands, and vendors to address syndication issues, maintain data quality, and provide insights into consumer ratings and reviews. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and excel in the field.

A Day in the Life:

  1. Manage the Ratings & Reviews process for NUSA, ensuring consistency between retailer and brand sites.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with brands to understand their needs and ensure their Ratings & Reviews are accurately represented on retailer sites.
  3. Communicate with vendors regarding tool specifications and troubleshoot any issues related to ratings & reviews integration.
  4. Track and maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes related to Ratings & Reviews, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.
  5. Collaborate with the NUSA Retailer Key Account Manager to engage with retailer support teams and address platform-specific requirements.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with Ratings & Reviews vendors to monitor open tickets and operations, ensuring accurate synchronization of product details and reviews across platforms.
  7. Provide monthly and quarterly reports on NUSA Ratings & Reviews initiatives, highlighting challenges and ongoing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or a strong willingness to learn about Ratings & Reviews, including tools such as BazaarVoice, PowerReviews, and Yogi.
  • Strong understanding of relevant business unit and partner requirements.
  • Flexibility and curiosity to adapt to changing environments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, matrix environment and build strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
