Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field, science preferred.
• Experience in sales, oncology experience preferred.
• Strong drive and determination.
• Good interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively implement sales strategy and POA per company policies.
• Regularly monitor territory sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Conduct analysis of market/competitors to identify opportunities.
• Develop territory business plan based on POA and allocate resources.
• Monitor territory business plan to optimize resource allocation.
• Engage in sales activities to increase product awareness.
• Update territory segmentation and call records.
• Explore new customer base in line with guidelines.
• Deliver key promotional messages within approved materials.
• Build trust and credibility with customers by upholding the AZ Code of Conduct.
• Submit monthly reports with deviations and actions to align performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Identify development needs and discuss with supervisor.
• Attend sales meetings and training; mentor peers as needed.
