About Our Client

A principal, international leader in radiotherapy medical equipment company. This person will report directly to the Regional Director.

Job Description



  • Sales & Account Management: Achieve sales targets across all product lines, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and ensure regular forecasting, follow-up, and customer satisfaction post-installation.


  • Client & Distributor Relations: Build strong relationships with key accounts and act as a liaison with distributors, especially in areas lacking local sales specialists.


  • Marketing & Market Intelligence: Initiate and coordinate marketing campaigns, convert leads into sales, and gather competitor and market insights to inform business strategy.


  • Commercial & Operational Compliance: Ensure ethical sales conduct, proper documentation, pricing, and adherence to company policies in all transactions.


  • Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Submit regular activity and sales reports, collaborate with internal departments, and support issue resolution, including warranty and service matters.

The Successful Applicant



  • Domain Expertise: Mandatory expertise in Radiation Therapy field.
  • Background: 7+ years of commercial sales/account management experience, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.


  • Language & Mobility: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
